LAWRENCE EUGENE (GENE) ZINK, CLASS OF 1960 ---
---passed away today. Reporting on his passing is his lifelong friend, MICHAEL S. WEST, also Class of 1960. Mike recently commented that our WCHS blogspot is beginning to look like an obituary column. He's right, of course. Please DON'T miss the WC functions folks. We are losing our people at FAR too rapid a rate.

We do, in fact, have yet another WC death to report. A great many of us will not be acquainted with this young lady, as she graduated about 1988, as nearly as we (WILLIAM R. HOWARD, Class of 1958 and myself), are able to determine. However, she was a WC grad and as such was one of us. Her name was MARIANNE LOGAN and she was but 34 years old. She died of cancer and was the daughter of Bill's neighbor.

This mission, which seems to have become some sort of destiny for me, has been terribly sad and depressing of late. Please send cards to all and thank you.
